.Enterprise generally has great customer service but not at this location. They have very little selections to choose from. There is not even a rental fleet on site as they are located in a stripe mall parking lot. I asked where their rental cars were kept since there did not seem to be a lot. I was told they were kept in the parking lot but I was only given the choice of two cars on site. Neither vehicle fell into the amount allotted by my insurance company which resulted in additional funds out of my pocket. My insurance company stated that since they are in an agreement with this company they should have honored the lowest vehicle rate when they did not have a selection available. When I spoke with this location about the amount I was charged they informed me that there location does not accommodate their customers this way. I informed them that I'd use the Enterprise just up the road because they did accommodate their customers this way.

really liked this dealership. Didnt get the run around or any hidden surprises. Saw the car I wanted online, went and saw it, dealt with the online sales person and bought the car. That easy.
